Eliseo Castineira has acted in numerous arbitration matters involving private entities, states and state-controlled entities in M&A, joint venture, construction (including FIDIC) and engineering (including Orgalime), energy and natural resources, distribution, automotive and pharmaceutical disputes, among others.
